Wall Systems
Structo wall systems provide a clever solution how to add switches, sockets, etc., to glass walls with style. Together with glass walls and portals, they form a complete set of office front products.
We have a variuos selection of different wall systems to choose from. They differ from each other mainly by frame construction (aluminum or MDF) and installation methods.
To increase the soundproofing, mineral wool and up to 2 layers of plasterboard are installed between the carcass.
Most of Structo wall types have the option to choose panels with hidden clip profiles so that it’s easy to remove the panel during e.g. electrical work and attach it after the works are finished.
Finishing
MDF or wooden profiles and panels can be covered with natural or technical veneer, paint (RAL, Monicolor, Tikkurila colour cards) or laminate.
We are using quarter sliced veneer (radial cut) or flat cut otherwise said plain sliced veneer (tangential cut). Those veneer strips are then joined together to make spliced veneer faces (wide veneer sheets). Our standard method is book match. It’s possible to choose from over 40 different veneer species from Europe, Africa and America.
The standard surface finish of aluminum profiles is natural (silver) anodizing but it is also possible to order a painted surface according to the RAL colour catalogue.
