ELZONE-120M is assembled in the factory which makes onsite installation fast and simple. Installation reserve at the top is 8-40mm, which is why installation is convenient even if the construction openings are not the same size.
ELZONE-120M is ideal for connectors, switches, cabling, etc.
For painted finish 10mm and for veneered or laminated finishes 8mm MDF panels are used. Inside panels are by default glued to the carcass and outside panels have an openable clip-system.
The minimum wall width when installing electrical accessories is 140 mm when viewed from the outside. In the case of wider walls, the wall consists of modules with a maximum width of 600 mm, which are connected to each other onsite. Overall width of the wall is not limited.
ELZONE-120M fits perfectly with single or double glazed glass walls. For single glazed wall are two positional options available either the glass is located in the middle or close to the corridor edge.
To increase the soundproofing, mineral wool and up to 2 layers of gypsum board are installed between the carcass.
The structures adjacent to the product must be strong enough to allow profiles to be attached to them.
Possible panel coatings are:
- painted according to RAL, NCS or Tikkurila colour catalogues.
- covered with natural or technical veneer, which may be stained and varnished, varnished with tinted varnish or painted.
- laminated.
The standard surface finish of aluminum profiles is natural (silver) anodizing but it is also possible to order a painted surface according to the RAL colour catalogue.
